Why risk it if your already paying a lot for a product. For such delinquent products, you would definitely want some protection. Greek Squad pretty much covers all types of damages except lost or stolen.

This policy covered a Oculus headset. The headset battery was degraded and would not last. The policy replaced the unit and refunded some money that was used to cover the new headset. This is a product that my Grandkids use. Well worth the money to cover electronics and other mechanical items.

Definitely worth the money. I had bought the extended warranty for my oculus 2 and when I had an issue the replaced it with no hassle at all. Definitely recommend

They are very helpfull and honest about the condition of your product. Even give you helpfull solutions or options for using it.

2yrs is a good amount of time to offer protection for this. Including normal use damage and accidental damage is definitely a plus. Eases a lot of anxiety.

Great starter headset of budget is low, average headset but if paired with computer it is amazing. Control drift is kicking in after more than a year of uses so that pretty good value but still sucks.

My son broke the left hand control of his Meta Quest. I called Best Buy and they said to bring in the whole game system for a replacement. Boom that easy.

I took out the protection plan because i have 7 grandkids handling the device. I haven't had to use it yet. But i have it just in case of an accident.

Good device. I went from this to the Quest 3 and the difference was amazing. Technology advanced that much in a couple of years.

My Grandchildren absolutely live this vr, I bought 3 so they can play together. They love rec room. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a standalone vr. I would like to have more choices for games and it would be great if there were more educational programs for grade school ages.

Its the geek squad, they make house calls and play with other peoples dirty bits… so make sure you always use your protection. It’s a protection plan and on expensive purchases it’s definitely worth the price. They love to provide service to everyone that is willing.

So to be 100% transparent, ive never used it as it was a gift foe my son. That said hes on it all the time. Bought it two yeara ago and hes still on it like he got it last week. He loves the variety of games.

Haven’t had to use the Geek Squad warranty. But having passed on buying one for my Dyson vac, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of contacting Oculus /Facebook for replacement or repair. Hopefully I don’t have to use it but if the Oculus 2 breaks, I can bring it back to my local Bestbuy for a replacement!
