Pretty useful for moments when I bust my headset, not a fan of having to buy whole new parts for it not gonna lie

It’s my first VR headset and I’m enjoying the experience. The interface is very smooth along with the controller

So easy to use and download new games and workout. The coaches are really helpful during the workout.

So far so good. Haven't had to use this service yet for the tv but if i ever do they have to be better then dealing with Samsung.

Must have protection plan. If device is not working, bring it to customer service section to get a replacement (if replacement is applicable) or get a store credit to apply it for any other purchase.

Worth every penny the oculus stopped working 3 months after having it took it to best buy an replaced it. Always purchase this with all I buy

This is an amazing service, if u buy expensive electronics but can be a bit of a clutz and damage something by accident, I recommend getting this service, it's amazing, I wish more retailers had this type of service. A1!

A must for any vr system. I added this after I purchased knowing its a must to have on something like this. Your swing your arms around and the chance of damage to your control is great. Do not get a VR with out having this to cover you.

We won't know until something happens, right? But on big ticket items like these it gives piece of mind, I think.

Good quality we loved it until it stopped working on us

This was my first Virtual Reality headset purchase and I highly recommend it, especially if you have one of the newer, faster video cards that can handle it. There is lots of free content in the Oculus app to get you started and to share with family members.
