Audio stopped working on my Oculus VR. Walked in without my receipt, and the lady at the register looked it up in the computer and exchanged it!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a warranty! Thank you Best Buy!!!

I always get the Geek Squad protection plan. Worth every penny. If something is wrong just take it back to the store for a new one.

My son enjoyed his oculus but had technical issues. But he upgraded with no problems.

My Oculus went down and if it was not for the accidental insurance I would have lost my investment. I put my full cost towards an upgrade. One would be greedy not to invest on this insurance. Mark my word it’s a great investment.

I always buy the extended warranty for items like this. Sometimes I don't have to use it, but other times I've been SO thankful to not have to shell out hundreds of dollars to replace something my kid drops on the floor.
