I haven't had to use the service yet but i love and appreciate that it covers just about everything. Except water damage. That kinda stinks but the plan is still good.

Got this for my husband for Father's day. Tbe whole family enjoys playing it and watching it on the tv being played. Wish we would have purchased it alot sooner.

Awesome service when you get insurance. For normal wear and tear can't be beat. Saves you 230$ you would need extra to buy a new one, and you get exchanges.
