I have not used the warranty yet. But everything I purchase in Best Buy I always add warranty in case of anything especially since it’s for my grandkids.

I’m really disappointed with my experience on my recent order. I placed it on October 29, and for an entire month the status has stayed at ‘Ready for packaging’ with no progress or updates. This is very frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Best Buy. I would appreciate better communication, accurate timelines, and real updates when an order is delayed for this long.

My son-in-law loves this. Tried it out and made me feel as if I am actually in the game!

If you buy anything that you allow a kid to play with, it will probably break, and you will be upset if you don’t have this. I glad I bought it for my oculus.

Seems like a great deal, I tried VR before and I read into a bunch of things, so I figured the protection plan would be for the best. As far as I understand it accompanies the device for that whole tube, even if you sell it. Don't quote me on that but that's what I gathered.

Always eaay when i need to use it!!!! Worth the extra money.
