    I have called and called and called and never paid you how town that I bought with his protection plan a bike or anything for that matter so I’m going in there today though and I’m sure they’ll talk to me about it

    Sooo bad , will never buy phone or geeksquad protection from best buy ever ! They lied when i bought it and told me u dont pay nothing and will replace ur phone if anything happen , well a year later my screen broke , i have to pay 200dollars deductible and they dont fix they replace with Refurbished not even a new one . So u pay again and u dont get new phone , ofc and the queek squad agent was mean and didnt even know nothing. NEVER AGAIN dont get this or do geek squad

    I used to swear by geeksquad but its not the same. The deductibles are too high for the Hassel.

    Needed to replace phone. I bought the extra coverage when phone was purchased. I had to wait almost a week to get another phone. The phone should be replaced in store with same item or comparable. In today's time where we rely on our devices for work and/or entertainment, a customer shouldn't have to wait almost a week for a new device.

    I paid 169 dollars and have a 200 dollars deductible. Cannot find my copy and could not get anyone to send me a copy of my protection plan. Went to two stores and no one in either geek department was knowledgeable about my phone, they needed to go to the sales department for help.

    I bought a protection plan for my phone, when the phone got damaged there wasn’t a store nearby to fix the phone. I have been trying to get it fix for three months. I asked if you can’t repair it I would like my money back from the protection plan. They are refusing to give my money.

    I had these kind of warranties almost every cell I bought from bestbuy over the years. I don't really ever needed to use it. But I thought it was still a good investment. But the fact u still have to cough up $200+ pretty much every time u need to use it is ridiculous and not really worth it anymore.

    I would not buy the warrant for a samsung phone again. I purchased ir believing i would be able to get my phone fixed when needed. However, the stores are not Samsung Certified. Laurel and Glenarden. Do not buy warranty. Save yourself stress from being given the run-around.

    Never ever purchase a Geek Squad warranty like I did. I had to have my Samsung replaced because it was damaged beyond repair. The Geek Squad will send to you someone else problems. I had two replacements for that phone. The first had a sound problem or bad speaker. The second had no sound at all! My personal time dealing with the Geeks in Plano, TX was ridiculous! Trips to the store and too much time on phone calls that were a waste my time!

    I got the insurance on 2 phone 600 dollar phones an one got damaged i got a refurbished piece of junk and paid the deductible for this piece of junk never again. Dont waist your money!!If your device gets damaged you should be able to pay the deductible an get a new one instore. PERIOD!!!

    I bought a refurbished Samsung a71 5 g. A 600 dollar phone with geek squad protection plan. And they tell me it's a manufacturer warranty issue and to send it to Samsung. Samsung said it's a best buy issue. I'm tired of getting the run around. So now I can't even return the phone for the full amount. Thanks for waisting my time, money, energy.

    I purchased this phone with the 2 year warranty. I dropped the phone and shattered the screen. I return my phone only to find out they dont have that phone anymore. Why did i buy the insurance than if u cant replace the phone? Instead i got store credit. I cant even take the money to buy a phone elsewhere. Absolute trash insurance plan. Not worth it

    Don't do it! Broke my screen, can't to get it fixed the were only going to give me a refurbished phone which I didn't want. Then the refurbished phone had a deductible of $200! What! You initially pay $150 for the protectionthen pay again $200 for a refurbished phone not even your phone. For $350 I sent my phone to Samsung directly and had it repaired. Waste of money!

    The fee to get a replacement is OUTRAGEOUS. It is like 400+ dollars to receive the same version of the phone but refurbished. I paid 200 dollars for the warranty so it would've been 600+ dollars for the same fun but used. It was also ridiculously hard trying to file a claim i was referred back and forth MANY times.

    Purchased the 5g expecting to get 5G. Instead since I purchased it unlocked at&t limits it at 4g. Just because I didn't get it verified through them apparently. I'm not getting any service for data now even with the best plan. Plus it's been sluggish ever since I've purchased it. I'm all for competition but this was a fail.
