They did not honor the device protection on my phone.

Not a very good and helpful solution cuz they fix my own phone that some one had they stolen from me and they didn't even asked for any id or anything and they fix my own phone for someone else im so angry how could they fix my own phone with out even asking for a receipt or any id

Dont purchase ANY plan from them. Your so called coverage will be prorated and extra service fees will apply. You'll pay more for the item in the end ,then its original purchase price. Your just buying phoney piece of mind. Until you go to use it.

The Worst Service i have never seen in my life very disatisfied after 2 years of paying insurance the day i needed the service and wanted to fix my phone or replacement i couldnt find a way neither at the scottsdale Store or thru the phone they said the system is down i have no idea whyy ive been paying this extra fee all this time

This was a huge waste of money. The fine print they don't tell you is that it's 199.00 each incident. Plus you can just get coverage through your carrier. Ii guess my lack of knowledge was their benefit Next question is irrelevant to the situation. Yes I would recommend Geek squad for other thjngrs just not this.

I was told to go to a store 45 mins from my home to have my phone repaired. Once I arrived, I was informed that I was given bad information and my phone could not be serviced at this location. I was then given a number to call to swap my phone out. A complete waste of time and money.

Ive had this protection plan for years.... it takes MONTHS to get it approved. Now after all this time, they just stopped taking money out of my account and canceled my protection plan!

Your better off just waiting for an upgrade through your carrier or trade in deals. Most of their inventory is refurbished and they don't check to see if their devices are compatible

I,ve bein to your store and made a complain about my cell phone i purchase i have insurance and that didn,t matter you guys ripe me off by sending me an lock cell phone when i need a new one cause the other one cracked so now it's bien many months go by and nothing is done I'll fight to the end to explore your store after that I'll tell people not to shop there by the media instagram Twitter and Facebook.

Not sure if I bought a 2-year plan in August why it would be expiring in March before 2 years?

I purchased it this complete protection back on October 1st 2022 and it was never added to my account ive called every month since then and still not added to my account for my galaxy z fold 4

I purchased this and set up monthly payments. After a month or two my service was cancelled. Somehow my payment method was disconnected. I didn't realize in time and lost the service.

Fake warranty. Refused to replace my phone and wanted to charge me 200 dollars. I wont be buying from bestbuy again.

never got to use this phone crapped out in less than a year.

What they do not tell you is that if you add the value of your item plus what they charge you for the protection plan and what you have to pay at the time of making it effective, you are paying more than double or better said you pay double the price for the same product

I accidentally cracked my Samsung ultra 20 screen. I have a ADH warranty from geek squad and the geek squad asked me 199$ to get it fixed. It does not make sense to have ADH warranty from geek squad and had to pay that much amount from my pocket.

Went you buying this guarantee think 2 time if your really need phone has 1 year allready guarantee
