    They tell you they will replace your products if you buy this accidental protection plan. Then they will charge you again if you have to exchange your products. Call it a deductible. Deduct these customers from your profits!

    Protection plan for my $1,400 phone

    Terrible protection plan. They don’t even have locations near by, nor do they have people to actually do the job so you’ll have to schedule your screen fix days in advance.

    I am rescinding this contract. Very disappointed to learn it is serviced by people overseas. I have no problem with the people. I prefer that my financial data and identifiers be kept with the USA for my security, and legal recourse.

    Terrible. My credit card lapsed and they won't help me AT ALL to get it activated it again. I've contacted them 5 times and they keep sending me to a different department or to Verizon. The run-around is infuriating. The only reason I bought from Best Buy was because I heard the protection plans were good. NOT true at all. Don't bother, buy somewhere else.

    They only replace with refurbished. And if you live in VT, forget it. You'll be without a phone as they send you to Samsung (no store here). Epic failure. Never buying from them again.

    I bought a protection plan for my phone but it's been 2 years since I claim my phone is broken, without replacing it my plan is expired . I don't recommend for anyone at all!

    Greek squad was unhelpful for a screen repair

    Unless you buy a Samsung or iPhone, do not buy this warranty plan for your mobile phone. They will not repair screens or damage on most other devices including the Sony Xperia 5. The best you will get is a new phone for $200 after turning in your old phone. The only part of this plan worth anything is if you damage the phone beyond repair.

    My local best buy days they don't work on Android devices and I have to drive 2 hours to one that does for support. Should've been told this when I got the package, because then I wouldn't have even bothered.

    Tgey sent me to mira mesa location to repair but they said they cant repair and only option i have is to replace by paying deductible. If they cant repair it they why do they charge me for repair plan

    The Geek Squad warranty in my opinion is a waste of money... You have to purchase protection program... Then whenever you try to Use the program... They tell you you have to spend $150 extra on top of what you already paid. In my opinion it's bad business!

    honestly i thought i would need it i was nice to have but soon they canceled my subscription and dis nothing to help when i called them geek squad is a joke and just plain horrible to have

    They replaced my phone with a phone that only functioned properly for 5 weeks and wont send me another one without me paying yet another $200. This is after I already bought the pland and spent $200 for the 1st defective phone. This is a waste of money.

    Not a Samsung retailer for repair

    No retailer in the area will repair the phone. No offer for a replacement while the phone is sent out for repair. So I’m out a phone for an unknown amount of time while I have a cracked screen repair. Next phone - Apple
