    NEED TO GET THIS ONE CANCELLED! Did not have to use it thankfully. Can't get it to stop even though service rep said it was cancelled when I purchased a new phone and accepted geek squad for that particular phone. Something needs to change on how these are offered.

    Not honored in Concord NH store. Was told by "corporate" to take it to another store. No recourse for the dishonest and actions

    Hate that replacement cant be done over the phone. Major inconvenience when you know the phone is broken. They need to change it to save everyone time.

    Not worth it they won't come to my house to look at my ac it's too big and too heavy for me. I'm 5foot 2 120 lbs live on second floor won't fit in vehicle

    I'm assuming this is for a phone. If it is it takes about two weeks for you to get a replacement phone which doesn't help if it's an emergency.

    Turns out that there is a deductible of $150, there is a claim limit, and you do not get a new phone but a refurbished one. None of which was told to me at the time of purchase, after paying $200 at the time of purchase.

    When my phone broke i went in to the switch it in and they charged me 200 when i was told i wouldn't need to pay anything THIS IS A SCAMM STAY AWAY

    Ran into issues with them not processing my payment spent hours on phone no one could help me. Sad to say even as a elite member couldn't get anyone to help me resolve the issue. Very sad and upset

    best buy wants you to automatically use up you geek squad adh plan instead of the manufacturers warrants so be careful when buying this on any product fro this company

    Worst protection protection plan ever 90 dollars for protection plan but the deductible 75.00 dollars.

    No use in buying this, my phone got cracked and i went in store to fix but turns out i need to pay $200 even more to get it "fixed" which is a refurbished phone.

    Received a locked phone that could not be activated. Local store refused to accept return. I’m out $340 total & still don’t have a working phone. Note -Best Buy removed the link for me to review the phone purchase.

      Buying a new phone should be a fun and exciting time so it’s disheartening that wasn’t your experience. Regarding returns, mobile phones and other devices that can be activated do have a limited return window. See more details about qualification for the Return & Exchange Promise online at www.bestbuy.com/return. That being said, typically, issues or questions about activation may be addressed at the store where you made the original purchase or by calling Mobile Services at (877) 702-2211 where Agents are standing by. I would advise working with one of those teams with any outstanding questions or concerns about activation.

    Never again on a phone through BestBuy. The copay was going to cost more than buying another phone. Customer Service is so hit or miss any more with these guys.

    High payment per occurance, as paperwork states $199.99. When called customer service was told it was $49.95 per occurance. Not sure what is right?Cancelled coverage.

    Even though they advertise they will replace samsung products they don't, they will not fix their own repair issues, but they will look at it if it's software thing then tell you that there is nothing they can do able it.

    Horrible waste of money. Dont do it. If you break your phone you still pay a deductible. Save your cash and take care of your phone. If you break it take it to 1 of 100s of fix it shops
