    I had the Best Buy phone protection plan lost or stolen and my plan cost ($169, 24 months) BUT there's $199. SO CALLED deductible you MUST pay BEFORE EVEN FILING A CLAIM so the plan actual cost is $368. My Samsung S8 was only $400. AND BEST BUY DOES NOT GIVE YOU A NEW PHONE BUT A USED OR REFURBISHED PHONE. To buy a new Sam. S8 in the 14th month is ONLY $299. NOT WORTH IT DON'T BUY!

    DON'T Buy it just for its Attractive Appearance!

    I bought it from Google Fi, After less than 1 month, I experience many many delays to switch between applications, unlock the phone, openning the camera app and etc! mentioned that I did not install any heavy game or many applications. I usual;y use my phones for regular stuff. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone else.

    I had my Motorola for about 5 months before I cracked it. That was on me, but I had the warranty plan to get a new phone. They charged me $69 as a deductible and sent me a phone that didn't work with the Verizon network. They were sending me international phones, the kind that don't work unless you have the right sim card or international plan. I called them back to explain so they sent me another phone.....it was the exact same thing. They could not give me a working phone.

    Super large, have had less than a year and it's so slow bent already and I don't even abuse it. Warranty is a joke.

    Very upset that I had a cracked screen on the day my protection plan expires and Best Buy would not accommodate a service on the phone. They did not have a Local store within 60 miles of me that had a qualified Samsung service person. They said I would have to pay another $199.99 to have my phone replaced after I already paid for 2 years of protection and I had to do it that day... They would not even enter my problem in their system to show that I had the problem before my coverage expired. Not happy!

    Bought it for my kid, but the phone wouldn't work with Metro PCS because it's 3G only. And Wi-Fi either. The worst thing is Best Buy customer service. They'd charge you $45 re-stocking fee for returning $50 phone. Sure, you can have, but i never come back

    My Google Pixel phone battery was dyeing at the 23 month point and I return to Bestbuy for my 2-year Geek Squad coverage and it was going to cost an addition $199. to repair my phone and they were going to ship if off to be repaired. They could not tell me how long it was going to take. This is a business use phone. Geek Squad said they only repair iphones. That should have been addressed when I purchased my Pixel from Bestbuy. THANK YOU GOOGLE for answering my call and getting me to UbreakIFix for a free Google warranty repair.

    Waste of money. Worst ever android phone. You will NOT be able to clone apps. You will not install 2 WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook or any other app, because Google decides you should not do that. Buy any other android phone, not Pixel! I'm trying to sell it

    Each time you come in with any problem, they charge you an $80 deductible no matter how minor, even during the first year while the phone is within Samsung warranty. If they touch it, it will cost you $80.

    Umm same price as the new fold?

    Phone was good but can someone explain why this is still priced the same as the fold 4? Why buy this model if the new one is better and the same price?
