GALAXY S10 PROTECTION PLAN A JOKE.

Went to Geek Squad in Paramus to get a cracked screen fixed under warranty. They told me they don't actually change the glass or service Samsung phones, just send you a replacement phone & you send the old phone back to them. Great! Problem is there is a $199. charge....So to get them to honor the $181 plan I purchased, I have to give them another $199...Spoke to several employees & an Supervisor at Geek Squad. They understood my frustration but would do nothing. Have had Geek Squad plans on refrigerators, TV's but this one will be my last. Last purchase at Best Buy too. According to the supervisor, the salesman should have explained this to me.

Was quick and professional
