Best Buy workers set up my phone with all the bells and whistles. Will always buy my phones here.

I was thankful that Best Buy offers this option but I was told for a few dollars more, I could add Theft and Lost and Stollen each month but after calling Geek Squad, the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone said that the employees I spoke to at Best Buy when I purchased it in the store were wrong and that for the phone I purchased, it didn't allow you to get that extra coverage. So was pretty let down about that because if my phone gets lost or stolen, I'm out $1,200. I just wish that Best Buy would educate their employees as well as Geek Squad the same so that these issues wouldn't be an issue and that everyone had the same advice and knowledge to give. I know how important protecting your purchase is, especially when you spend over $1k so it was definitely a huge let down to know that the option I was told was available actually wasn't.

Very Quick and Technical Best Buy store GEEK SQUAD Professionals. I am very delighted they came over ON TIME and they were very JOVIAL and Friendly and answered all Questions thrown at them while they INSTALLED & SET UP my SONY BRAVIA XR 55" OLED TV !!!

Geek squad protection is fast and easy if anything happens to the phone.

Got this for my cell phone. I'd had a Moto G and loved it but it got full and so I wanted another with more memory and features. Got the Moto G7 Plus and love it! Added additional memory and it is better than the second highest phone they had. Battery lasts forever! Can go for a week, sometimes two before having to charge. Tons of memory. The camera is great front and back. Sound quality perfect. Easy to use and is just a real workhorse. But as much as it cost it was well worth getting the extended warranty, just in case even if just for peace of mind.

Didn't realize that I had to pay about 70$ to replace my $300 Moto Stylus and that doesn't include the initial $70 I paid for the protection plan. The salesman was a bit misleading when I bought the warranty.

Great to have peace of mind in case of damage I actually had to use it before so it's worth every penny

This is a great phone. I have been using it since 2019 and it's smooth to use, easy to understand. The battery life is ok but could be improved. The storage space is great for my use. I would recommend this phone to other potential buyers.

I really enjoyed the Google Pixel 4a except for the fact that the battery drained very quickly. I found that I was constantly putting the phone on the charger and waiting, way too often. There must be a way to improve this flaw in an otherwise really cool android phone.

Geek Squad made replacing my Samsung Galaxy S22+ a breeze. I was able to be seen before my appointment and the whole thing took less than 15 minutes!

Although I haven't had to use the warranty on my phone or any of my other devices I'm really glad I decided to purchase it. Having a warranty incase anything happened to my phone such as the screen getting cracked, stops working, etc. gives me piece of mind. Phones and electronics are too expensive now to risk not getting any kind of warranty on it and then something unfortunate happens.

Camera is awesome, dont use the pen much but its noce to have the option. Hoping they can fix the camera issues.

I mean, if you don't want to pay the full amount upfront and want to finance your plan, go ahead! I recommend the latter because you save money, HOWEVER, I think paying monthly ensures your protection a bit longer which is worth the investment.

I hope I never have to use the extended warranty for my cell phone, but I needed to protect my investment. I had an extended warranty with Best Buy for a very expensive Samsung Plasma TV that failed a few months before the extended warranty expired. Best Buy honored the warranty and I received a brand new TV of equal value because Samsung no longer made the part that failed in the old one. I am very happy with Best Buy and the Geek Squad in getting the TV issue resolved.

The Geek Squad is there to help you when your electronics break or if you're like me and I lost my phone they can replace it as long as you have the extended warranty always get the extended warranty it's a great thing to have because they are very attentive to you highly recommend

I always purchase the protection plans for my electronics and this time I almost decided against it because I've never had to use the plan. Was I ever glad I went ahead with the purchase! Don't ask me how, but I've never broken a phone, this time, I shattered the screen! No problem! Went into Best Buy, they looked up my plan and problem was solved. I walked out with a new phone, no questions asked.

The associate was very helpful when I had to use the first warranty and I had purchase it again. Thank you BB!!!!

IF you're the type of person who is always dropping your phone or damaging it; this is for you. One of my phones buttons got stuck and wouldn't work. I took it back to BestBuy and they replaced it with an newer model since the one I had was discontinued. Also, because the price of the newer replacement phone cost less than what I paid for the damaged phone, BestBuy refunded my the difference. Fantastic
