I have broken so many phones in my lifetime being super accident prone and also always seeming to buy phones that end up just randomly dying, having this protection plan has never once let me down! Not to mention it's saved me hundreds if not thousands in the process.

I recommend this 100%. My phone fell and the screen cracked, I take it to the squad over there they gave me the full refund of the phone (store credit) plus the remainder of my unused protection. Great job BestBuy

The protection plans at BestBuy are simply the best! Do not buy any electronics without the protection plan. They offer a good response, easy to make a claim and workout to be satisfied. In fact, I prefer to buy an equipment in BestBuy just of the protection plan.

It is great to have even when not needed because emergency are unpredictable.

I have been a return customer of Best Buy for years now, and I love Having the geek squad protection plan. Over the years I have actually had to use it a couple of times,and I must say, It has been a True asset to my investments. I personally recommend it, and prefer the 2 year plan.

Even if it is a lot of money, it is good to know that I can get a replacement for a good number of issues. But I would say it's only worthwhile on expensive items.

Great service for my phones that we insured via Geek Squad service.

I purchased this for my wife's phone and you can't go bad with a 2 year warranty, it covers loss, damage and other stuff and the price is reasonable, so if you think your phone is not going to be protected then this is your option to purchase the geek squad protection, I hope this helps.

The protection plan is good, however. If you damage the phone you must pay a $200 deductible.

This is necessary for piece of mind when buying my new phone. I believe that having this "insurance" will keep me at ease should something happen. Phones are not cheap.

Buying from Best buy is easy and always great deals and love the selection that they have. When you buy online and order ahead and can pick up later its even better

The phone is just fine, not mine blowing. The camera is very good, but the screen is too narrow

I had to pay 100$ but the guy didn't do it right so I got a new phone for free so overall good just better train your staff please
