I did initially purchase this when I got my Samsung S10+, but I am very careful with my phones I generally I decided I did not want to continue after 2 months. IT WAS CHEAPER THAN my phone carriers price. BUT ULTIMATELY THIS WAS NOT A SERVICE I NEEDED

For 2 years, I don't have to worry about any damage for my phone. I recently cracked the screen on my phone and it came up to $229 just to repair the screen. At that price, you might as well buy a new phone. This protection provides me insurance for further problems.

They were consistent in keeping me notified of any changes to my service and reminding me to keep service active. Even after my service was postponed due to lack of payment, they still covered my device and kept me updated

So far so good. We haven't really had much trouble with my phone but having the Geek Squad as backup is very reassuring. They are there when we need them.

Very glad I have the Geek squad protection. Reached in my truck to grab my phone not realizing it was still plugged in and crash to the ground. Called best buy and they had a new phone to me in 2 days. Sent the old one back to them. Very easy process.

Phone is very compact. It fits in my pockets great! Great for selfies!

Insurance is goo to have in case it brakes because you only pay like 200 instead 1700.

We have not had to use this since we purchased it, but are about to try with our phones, so m fingers are crossed we won't be given a hard time or hassled about getting help.

I thought it was 2 years, maybe I'm mistaken. If it's 1 it's pretty expensive. I just wanted some coverage for my phone. I'll have to dig out the receipt and check now.

Love the how the plan works. I have had to use it almost every other year.

I normally don't buy service plans due to the reliability of modern technology. But a lot can happen with an expensive palm-sized device besides component failure. With the cost of repairs being so high I consider this level of protection a good value.

If you didn't know geek squad rocks.. absolutely love those guys..

In my opinion i believe that this is a must have if you like extra protection without having to worry.
