I always get geek squad protection for my electronics. It's a must have!

I always try to get a protection plan on electronics that I purchase. Especially anything that I have on me daily. One drop could do some damage and it cushions my wallet in the long run.

Protection covered replacement for water damaged phone but over $80 dollars to ship replacement. Was not allowed option for slower shipping or pickup at store. Still saved overall compared to buying a brand new phone, but shipping cost was excessive.

Geek Squad is great! Always helpful and very friendly. It's definitely worth it to purchase a Geek Squad protection plan.

This protection plan was great and I get it on all my devices I purchase. When I had accidental damage I filed a claim and had a replacement within 3 days.

Geek squad service is excellent service because of that when I bought a phone I add protection plan.

They helped me in what I wanted. I asked everything about the phone and they were very knowledgeable about it.

It’s in the works. Have not used Geek Squad yet. I am giving 5 stars based on the Geek Squad knowledge and care given when I asked them several questions about their service for certain items.

Since I purchased a renewed phone which does not come with a warranty. I think the Geek Squad 2-year warranty is was a great way to go to guarantee some protection for my phone.

The 2 year purchased plan I got at best buy has been used a few times and this plan is a must have especially on expensive devices.

This protection plan is good idea because you just paid once a year and all your products are protected.

I used to get this more often but not as much recently, I always been a person to do everything by myself just because I feel more comfortable and knowing what I can do, but it is great especially for Elder people just because they can't get in the stuff areas and they're always there to help, if you ever go inside the Best Buy building you might have a little weight if everyone else is using it that's the only CON that I really noticed
