    cancelled after getting my phone provider to cover my phone; my phone provider covers lost phone and theft; Best Buy does not.

    It is important when you buy expensive phones. I have Samsung note20 ultra 5G. Got water damage. Didn't have protection plan.

    Really great purchase for those cool have a lot of wear and tear with their daily Electronics. The theft protection addition to the plan is in my opinion the best feature that The Geek Squad offers

    I did use the geek Squad for my Motorola Edge phone. It was exchanged no issues. I was mailed the new phone within 2 days and sent back the broken phone.
