    I was in line the only person there. 3 employees there. I had a quick question about insurance. Middle aged woman rude. Just kept saying you dont have an appointment we can't help you

    I purchased this plan along with a new phone, was told explicitly that any replacement or repair would be done in house or I wouldn't of bought it, fast forward to today the camera on said phone quit working. I called support, to verify the steps to get it replaced. was told to schedule an appointment to get it fixed only to get there and find out they couldn't do anything about it except have a replacement mailed to me, which originally I was told would be here in two days, yet I still have zero tracking info, and they cant tell me it either
