I am really impressed with this phone, the night pictures are great. Kinda takes a but getting use to the volume buttons being on the same side as power button.

Never had a question they could not find the answer to! Love the geek squad They don't make you feel dumb on anything you need to ask and , that is very important to a 77 year old. I never had a computer in school many years ago! I love the geek squad

I purchased a phone some time ago and you know I had to get the protection plan

The protection plans at BestBuy are simply the best! Do not buy any electronics without the protection plan. They offer a good response, easy to make a claim and workout to be satisfied. In fact, I prefer to buy an equipment in BestBuy just of the protection plan.

This phone works but not outstanding. Miss futures like home screen shot cuts.

I recommend this 100%. My phone fell and the screen cracked, I take it to the squad over there they gave me the full refund of the phone (store credit) plus the remainder of my unused protection. Great job BestBuy
