I prefer buying my phones and protection plans through Best Buy. Their protection plans seem to cover more than what I would get through Verizon and at a better price. I like that I can pay for 2 years in one payment and receive a discount.

I have been using Geek Squad for some years now, it their services are great, I loke my phone protection services

Definitely worth it already got a replaced phone and my screen cracked it's kind of a no-brainer Best Buy warranties are awesome

Quick service as far as mailin process which is annoying yet they respond and send your phone back quickly

This is the insurance for any phone technology. Geek Squad knows all the works and will get you on track after purchase. Plus, they take care of any technical issues with your device and replace it if you happen to damage it.

Used it for a previous phone and the process was simple. Unfortunately they no longer had the same phone which moved me up to upgrade

Geek Squad is my go-to when I need computer assistance. The protection plan is well-worth the $ expended. I can contact them thru chat or bring in my computer for hands on assistance if that fails. My Surface has benefited from their continued expertise.

Decent protection. Bought it for a new Motorola phone. Phone stopped working and got cash towards a new phone. Problem is it didn't cover the cost the new comparable phone.

Service was pretty good , fast and curtious. Geek squad service representative was knowledgeable.

I feel that Asurion can not complete with the prices of geek squad and what they offer. Example Asurion per year- 180 Geek squad - $100 for 2yrs Replacement Deposit Asurion- $200 Replacement Deposit Geek squad- $80

Very disappointed I’ve purchased multiple electronics and never have i had issues till Purchasing a phone,i had specifically asked if the warranty covered cracked screens or charging issues the sales person told me yes i had also asked if there was a deductible and he had said no just bring the phone in if you have any issues.AND We’ll do a instore Return TURNS OUT THERE IS A DEDUCTIBLE THERE IS ALSO A 3-4 day waiting period till i recieve my phone this is ridiculous bestbuy needs to talk to there employes so they can properly explain the warranty procedures.

Very good phone, I used to have the Razer 2020 and this was a great update. I'm in love with my new phone
