Any time I have any technical issues with any thing I buy from Best Buy they help me!!! I can’t live without it

I used to get this more often but not as much recently, I always been a person to do everything by myself just because I feel more comfortable and knowing what I can do, but it is great especially for Elder people just because they can't get in the stuff areas and they're always there to help, if you ever go inside the Best Buy building you might have a little weight if everyone else is using it that's the only CON that I really noticed

It’s in the works. Have not used Geek Squad yet. I am giving 5 stars based on the Geek Squad knowledge and care given when I asked them several questions about their service for certain items.

The 2 year purchased plan I got at best buy has been used a few times and this plan is a must have especially on expensive devices.

Is a good idea for the protection of your items, is better pay for a year

They always there to help you no mail no nothing just go to the store and they will fix it for you or replace it for you

This is the way to go if end up spending a lot of money on a device, great replacement policy, i highly recomand it!

Always get insurance for your phone. If you accidentally damage your phone. You are covered without a any hassles

Insurance/Protection for my BLU G9 Pro cellphone for 1-year warranty. Really good phone to have insurance/protection for. Keep up the good work!

Since I purchased a renewed phone which does not come with a warranty. I think the Geek Squad 2-year warranty is was a great way to go to guarantee some protection for my phone.

I usually don't get protection plans. However whenever I purchase something at best buy I get the geek squad protection plan. So easy to just walk into a best buy and they help you with no hassle.

I am happy with having a monthly plan cause if I break my device I know they have my back. The benifit as well if I decide to sell early I can cancel it anytime knowing I won't lose money in the future.

Perfect just aggravating whenever it expired after 2 years tried to register me again automatically.

They worked with me to fix issue and then returned my money when it was unfixable

Haven't actually used the accidental protection warranty yet but friends and family advised based on great service in the past!

I have never regretted having a geek squad warranty on my cell phones, gives me peace of mind.
