Geek Squad Accidental Protection is one of the most amazing values I've had. I will always get it on electronics and products I care about from Best Buy. It almost always saves heartbreak and regret. Highly Recommend.

Worth purchasing if the device is known to fail. Be sure to do research on the product of its longevity before purchasing it. For example, Any Blu-ray game or media disc is scratch-proof no need for a warranty.

the 2 year protection plan is a great idea when you get a phone. It appears to cover nearly every possibility of phone issues. Hopefully won't need to use it, but better to get it just in case.

Haven't used this but I called to check and they were super helpful for geek squad to file a claim and get me another phone at no price but would pay for another year of this protection when time comes!

It's best to always have insurance for accidents. My kids always find ways to crack phone screens.

I was charged over $200 on replacements for broken phones that were supposedly covered under the geek squad protection plan. The second time I went in, I waited over an hour despite making an appointment that I arrived on time for, only to be told that I had to come in the next day because the geek squad representative didn't enter the information correctly and couldn't correct the replacement that day. One of the employees that was helping me had to leave because his shift ended and he told me the replacement was free because the phone being replaced was less than 30 days from receipt, but the next employee told me that this was not possible. I got the sense that this was totally not worth it and that I could have just bought a new phone with the amount I spent on the protection plan and the replacements. The geek squad employees aren't able to repair the phone, all they can do is process replacements.

I like having insurance Incase something happens to the phone you pay the 200 fee and they replace it.

Great to have for any issues in the future and peace of mind as well.
