Protection covered replacement for water damaged phone but over $80 dollars to ship replacement. Was not allowed option for slower shipping or pickup at store. Still saved overall compared to buying a brand new phone, but shipping cost was excessive.

They always there to help you no mail no nothing just go to the store and they will fix it for you or replace it for you

Geek squad service is excellent service because of that when I bought a phone I add protection plan.

Having the protection is a bit pricy, but being able to get my phone repaired with no problems is worth it.

Always worth it! When you least expect it, you drop your phone and shatter the screen. This is the best way to go!

Great for your premium cellphones like the Samsung folds and i wouldn't wanna trust my carriers replacement plan.

Well worth it. Had to exchange phone due to sim card getting stuck. Exchange was quick & easy.

Have to have the geek squad protection. Right? Especially with kids purchace. Cause I cant fix the stuff. Hopefully wwont need to use it. But there if need it.
