Love this phone . Its easy to use and has an easy set up.

I got the accident protection for my OnePlus 9 Pro. When I broke my phone I brought it in, and since they couldn't repair my less-popular brand, they gave me in-store credit for the original value of the device. I was able to upgrade to the OnePlus 11 for only $100 + the $169 from the protection plan. Very worth it

I always purchase the protection plans for my electronics and this time I almost decided against it because I've never had to use the plan. Was I ever glad I went ahead with the purchase! Don't ask me how, but I've never broken a phone, this time, I shattered the screen! No problem! Went into Best Buy, they looked up my plan and problem was solved. I walked out with a new phone, no questions asked.

I hope I never have to use the extended warranty for my cell phone, but I needed to protect my investment. I had an extended warranty with Best Buy for a very expensive Samsung Plasma TV that failed a few months before the extended warranty expired. Best Buy honored the warranty and I received a brand new TV of equal value because Samsung no longer made the part that failed in the old one. I am very happy with Best Buy and the Geek Squad in getting the TV issue resolved.

So here is the skinny. I am off the reservation of conventional cellphone plans and there is no insurance to protect me. So the Geek Squad is gonna have my back. The idea that I pay up front and if my phone takes a flying leap off a building they will humpty dumpty the phone or give me a new one is what I need to sleep at night. So until the I need to shine the Geek Squad emblem in the sky I will rest knowing they are lurking in the shadows ready to pounce at a moments notice.

I really enjoyed the Google Pixel 4a except for the fact that the battery drained very quickly. I found that I was constantly putting the phone on the charger and waiting, way too often. There must be a way to improve this flaw in an otherwise really cool android phone.

This is a great phone. I have been using it since 2019 and it's smooth to use, easy to understand. The battery life is ok but could be improved. The storage space is great for my use. I would recommend this phone to other potential buyers.

The man working in the cell phone area WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY KIND. He HELPED ME FIND THE PHONE THAT WAS BEST FOR ME.

IF you're the type of person who is always dropping your phone or damaging it; this is for you. One of my phones buttons got stuck and wouldn't work. I took it back to BestBuy and they replaced it with an newer model since the one I had was discontinued. Also, because the price of the newer replacement phone cost less than what I paid for the damaged phone, BestBuy refunded my the difference. Fantastic

I always go with Geek Squad! I've recently tried other protection plans, and none are as accessible or comprehensive

Great Protection for any phone. My phone stopped charging and I got a replacement phone within a week.

Agents have always been prompt, courteous, and very helpful. There has been a couple of exceptions concerning my lost or stolen phone coverage, so I recommend when purchasing a phone asking repeatedly whether lost or stolen is covered.

My previous was dropped off the top of a moving car. It still functioned but it was starting to have its malfunctions. The person who tried to fix it at Best buy tried very hard and I appreciate her. But I still had to get a new phone. Not their fault.

I have not had to use MY Geek Squad protection plan, thankfully. But I knew it was worth having just incase, especially with 4 kids who like to play with my phone when Im not looking. But my husband got the same protection plan and he did need to use his, one week after buying the phone. It was hassle free, easy return and exchange for a new phone, not a refurbished phone. We did have to wait 2 business days for him to get a new phone delivered to him via UPS but not a problem.

I purchased the coverage for my son's new phone I purchasedfor him to replace his broken old Samsung Galaxy. So far he hasn't needed it, but I had wished I had had it in the past

Very Quick and Technical Best Buy store GEEK SQUAD Professionals. I am very delighted they came over ON TIME and they were very JOVIAL and Friendly and answered all Questions thrown at them while they INSTALLED & SET UP my SONY BRAVIA XR 55" OLED TV !!!

I think is a good plan to have I'm sure it will come in handy if I were to need it
