    If your going to buy any electronic over 50.00, make sure you buy the extrend warranty. Best buy's customer service is great and will not hassle you with returns if your product breaks.

    You go online and the geek squad connects with your computer. They mat not be available right away but they can call you when they are ready. I have had very good techs

    We bought a phone for our 10 year old son and getting this protection plan was a no brainer. If he drops it and breaks it we get a new phone and there is no money out of our pocket.

    Easy to purchase extreme peace of mind and trustworthy protection. A lot of other hefty protection plans don't cover what geek squad does. I like the price and coverage!
