This monthly accidental Geek Squad Protection for my cell phone, people thing who needs this, it is pricey but as I have said in previous reviews so is your phone, I have used this at least once, the only problem I had with it was that the deductible used to be $100 now it is $200.

Just get geek squad insurance it's 100% worth it don't waste your time getting anything else. You get replacements right away couldn't be more helpful.

Have it but haven’t had the need to use it yet but gives me confidence knowing that I have it

Great that you have this service but would have been better if offered when purchased. I went back later to purchase the insurance from Geek Squad. And only after receiving an email suggesting I do so. Would have saved me time better used on other things.

This plan is great ,i think that as long as the phone lasts for a year should be okay.

Geek squad protection is always awesome. The only question is, is it worth it for the product you're buying at the price they offer. some things if I break them I break them and it's my fault no big deal. other things it's definitely worth a hundred bucks to ensure

I am so glad that I pulled the trigger on the geek squad protection .I drop my galaxy s21 ultra and it would not come on and i took it in to get fixed , found it was d.o.a so by having the geek squad protection I received an full refund.

We had an issue with a newly purchased phone. The screen would only open halfway and they swapped it out no problem. It took very little time and the person we spoke with was extremely nice and helpful.

2 years of accidental Geek squad protection is a great start with this amazing phone. I got it from the "open box" section, but it is as good as new, with everything intact. One great option is the dual Simm capability. I will definitely recommend this Samsung Phone to a member of my family and my friends.

Unable to hear others on phone call, Geek squad verified issue, gave me gift card for price I paid for phone, and transferred all info over to new phone for me ...

I haven't my made a claim I think t that is will be the rest of the purchase. I got this after I shattered a phone.
