Phone died after falling down and screen breaking. There is a 100$ deductible. Cannot return old phone directly to store. Had to ship it. Geeksquad paid for shipping. Claim was paid out in bestbuy gift card.

We are happy with having the Geek Squad Protection for all of our electronic items purchased from Best Buy. When our computers experienced problems for Windows 10 updates The Geeks corrected the issues with no additional charges. A great team of computer techs.

I am really impressed with this phone, the night pictures are great. Kinda takes a but getting use to the volume buttons being on the same side as power button.

I usually use another warranty service but at the same price why not go with something local. I haven’t needed to use this yet(and hope I never need to), so can’t say anything good or bad about it.

They are always there for repairs or replacements. Answers questions in a timely manner.

It's great to have a protection plan because Best Buy has covered the phone and fully reimbursed for the paid price.

Was easy to purchase and if anything goes wrong with my new cellphone Best Buy will repair it for free and if it can't be fixed I get what I paid for it back.
