Don't waste your money

This is after I already bought the pland and spent $200 for the 1st defective phone. This is a waste of money.

Not a Samsung retailer for repair

No offer for a replacement while the phone is sent out for repair. So I’m out a phone for an unknown amount of time while I have a cracked screen repair. Next phone - Apple

Phone protection under 30 days

Samsungs insurance cheaper vs geek squad

Not worth it at all

My phone broke and I took in and now have to pay a $200 deductible. Amazon's Asurion is way better and its what I will be going back to after this experience.
