Not a better deal in my opinion. I paid for the plan, but when i went there for my broken phone to get it repaired, they don't have parts and said need to pay 200 more and will get me a new phone.

I purchased the protection plan just in case l drop it and the screen breaks or anything else that may go wrong. It also covers it if I lose it too. Hopefully I won't have to use it..

Haven't had to use it, but its nice know it is there.

Would suggest getting protection because son lost or broke phone multiple times and definitely saves you money.

So grateful for this option. I've used it for several years and any time a phone ends up broken, I'm able to get it fixed or get a replacement quickly. Definitely worth the few extra dollars a month.

This warranty program is very good, I have used it several times and they have always responded quickly to change products. recommended to 100%

The protection plan is good, however. If you damage the phone you must pay a $200 deductible.

If you didn't know geek squad rocks.. absolutely love those guys..

The agent explained to me why my tablet was slow and offered solutions. Since then my product is performing excellently.

Haven't used it yet, but with my luck I will use it. $40 no monthly bills, seems worth it

I recommend everyone to get the geek squad service. It helped so much when I needed help with my cracked screen. The Geek Squad service was on top of it, very professional and friendly. It is worth purchasing!!

It's nice to Finally get some sort of Warranty for my Phone. And this time it came with my purchase. We'll see if and how it will cover my phone in case something goes wrong.

Its nice to know you have some protection in case something happens. I do want to say that the Best Buy employee who helped us in getting the new phone with accident plan was a pleasure to work with.

Giving this a good review because I don't know that it is not just broke my phone two weeks ago and it was out of warranty a couple of months. Have had this service on other things in the past and has been very useful.

Geek squad coverage is awesome! When ever I have any technical problems with any product I get from Best Buy they will help me!!! Can live without it!!!

The phone is just fine, not mine blowing. The camera is very good, but the screen is too narrow

I love this service and will purchase it every time i need to. As soon as my subscription goes to end i will be renewing it immediately.
