Bought this protection for my son's phone. It worked out in that his phone's mother board stopped working and we got the phone replaced.

We bought this to make a good attempt to keep our newly purchased computer healthy!

cancelled after getting my phone provider to cover my phone; my phone provider covers lost phone and theft; Best Buy does not.

I always recommend extended warranty when it comes to all electronics and Geek Squad is awesome every time an issue pops up and it will unexpectedly.
