it took me 1 hour to get assistance, i was referred to 2 persons and not get help. The 1st staff just told me to go to another person and i waited a long time. It was the third person who help me.

Great protection for my phone. It gives me peace knowing that if I mess up my phone, I can take it to get it serviced. I would have the same thing if I bought my phone from Google.

I'm not sure why they're able to sell a "warranty" that directly sites on top if a factory warranty they EXPECT to come first. After the second year is when the warranty is worth anything .. read the fine print before you spend your money .. only good for BIG money items that you want to protect for multiple years.
