    Minus the huge mess up with using up my warranty and leaving me without a phone for a week because they didn't make sure a replacement phone was at the store beforehand...I guess they're helpful.

    These plans are great, I will always buy new phones from BB if I can just so I can get these plans instead of the protection insurance through carriers.
