Good protection for your phone but I discovered that my wells fargo credit card protects my cell phone from accidents as well for free(only have to pay $25 deductible I believe) which is why I decided to stop paying for geek squad protection.

This monthly service is great! It gives me piece of mind that if something happens to my phone, I can easily have it repaired or replaced.

If you purchase anything make sure you get geek squad protection. It costs alot less to have it and be able to get stuff fixed or replaced.

Used this to get this phone. Previous LG broke. Great replacement policy.

The Geek Squad assistance I have received is always great! I shop Best Buy because of the technical services available.

I purchased this plan along with a new phone, was told explicitly that any replacement or repair would be done in house or I wouldn't of bought it, fast forward to today the camera on said phone quit working. I called support, to verify the steps to get it replaced. was told to schedule an appointment to get it fixed only to get there and find out they couldn't do anything about it except have a replacement mailed to me, which originally I was told would be here in two days, yet I still have zero tracking info, and they cant tell me it either

I have not needed to use it yet bt it feels good knowing that if something happens I will I'll have someone to call on for help :-)
