    I tried to repair my phone because the usb port was not charging. The solution that they offered was to replace the phone but i had to make a payment for the replacement. So in this case the extended warranty wasn't really useful for me

    Definitely comes in handy when you are on a prepaid plan such as straighttalk whom dont offer an insurance phone plan

    Didn't do much to help when phone was stolen, was able to help when phone screen broke but still charged us a lot of money to fix not really worth it for cell phones
