Bought the protection a week later i dropped my phine and they said they dont cover samsung phones anymore so they gave a refund instead although i am great for that i would have liked to purchase a protection plan for the new phone i purchased right after

It is a bit much to pay for the deductible if anything were to happen to my product, overall I think this purchase is fair since I expect to have and use my product (Google pixel 4a-5g) for my re than a couple of years if possible, and the peace of mind is greatly rewarded.

I recently used Geek Squad services and found the experience to be mixed. While the technicians were knowledgeable and arrived on time, I felt that the pricing was higher than expected.

Its a great service, they answer your calls fast and help you out, only problem i had was that at the store they failed to mention i had to pay $250.00 when i lost my phone and had to get a new one. I thought the phone was covered with the initial payment
