Not worth the time or money. Cost you more money for them to replace the phone that you already paid for the protection plan on. After the phone mic went out, we went to best buy because we bought a protection plans so it's supposed to fix the problem right. Wrong not only will it take 5 to 7 days to receive a new phone We need to pay an additional $40 just for them to send it to us. No 5 to 7 days may not sound bad but we bought the phone in store not online we're going to be without a phone for almost a week and $40 more out of pocket. Granted we already paid $60 just so we had the right to come and use their protection plan. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've had this problem with their protection plans. Somehow we always lose money from what the base prices that we paid for after being told that no matter what if something happens to the product we're going to get the amount that we paid for it when we purchased it. After trying to claim it on multiple items every time we get chipped and they get more money out of us just so we can have the item close to what we originally purchased. So in truth you're better off not to buy the protection plan and just plan that you're going to have to buy a new one when something happens. Because you're just going to waste your time arguing with them and they're going to get more money out of you.

It gives my devices the protection it needs if anything goes bad it can be fixed or replaced with the protection plan

The cost of the protection is very reasonable and very necessary, I would definitely recommend getting it.

It's cheaper than any alternative and it's the only phone insurance option with in person help that's easy to get to.
