I purchase "Geek Squad" protection for most of my devices to protect the purchase.

I had insurance during the beginning of the pandemic. I called a day before my insurance expired to fix my phone. They said I could go anytime after the stores reopened. I called in April. I went in July. Not working and all is hard to save for stuff. Anyhow, I went from one store to another. No help. Called, got transferred, got hung up on, got attitude. Emailed. 5x. Still no help. I was going to give the phone to my daughter but wasn't able to since I was unable to fix it.

Was a good idea when I first bought it. Twenty some days after buying the phone the price was dramatically reduced and so I cancelled this because the phone was $5 cheaper than the price of this.

GREAT IDEA TO REACH OUT TO GEEK SQUAD FOR HELP SUPER JOB

Well i bought 2 Samsung Galaxy A71 5G phones got the coverage just incase anything was to happen to our phones since I paid almost 500 each for them... Well it did happen I dropped mine out of my pocket by accident in the winter it slid after hitting a hard piece of ice an well moral of this stort. I went to BestBuy in Traverse City MI. to get another phone well being my phone was smashed they look at you like you used it as a weapon, like you don't have the rite to use the insurance you pay for... Ok so next I had to leave the phone an had no other phone and I had to pay a deductiable not that much an well the phone I got shipped to my house was refurbished bull crap...Mine was in excellent shape til it fell out of my pocket..So I would strongly say DON"T GET THE INSURANCE IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! Buy a new phone instead..

I have peace of mind knowing that I have protection when I need it!

love this phone it is the best samsung galaxy series that i have owned.
