    The protection plan is worthless. My phone was dropped and needed repair. The Geek Squad tech informed me it would need to be sent off because it was the "Geek Squad Protection Plan". I told the tech that is not what the sales rep told me when I bought the phone and the plan, and also did not receive a copy of the terms of the plan details when I purchased the phone. I was informed by the tech that the plan details were displayed on the small check out screen that I signed when I purchased the phone.
