    Geek Squad warranty is awful. Deductible costs a small fortune when repair is needed. Customer Service is atrocious and barely speaks English

    I purchased a cell phone and 2yr GS Plan paid in full. Then they charged me monthly for the plan I already paid them for.

    I never asked for this , it was added without my knowledge Ive been on the phone for 50 minutes to resolve, so far no help.

    its a pain in the but to get any help with the phone number and when i went in to the store the people behind the desk were as helpful ( as in not much if any )

    I am stationed over seas and the one time I needed help, they did nothing. If there was a way to get my money back I would do it.

    The agents didn't help me at all whith my samsung phone, they said they only eork with the apple brand.

    I'm not sure what this is but anytime there's an additional warranty or charge for Geek Squad it's usually not worth it.

    I dont get geek service anymore. I finally smartened up. Its too expensive and they dont do much for you. Not worth it

    Honestly for the amount of money I paid for this project it isnt worth it. The few times I have needed help I was always sent to a 3rd party.

    I purchased a phone and it should have been insured. They only paid one month. My phone is cracked and I NEED HELP getting it fixed.

    We bought this plan with our new phones, haven't had to use it yet, but when we did with the old phones it was very easy to file a claim
