2 year geek squad product replacements was a great purchase I haven't had to use it yet but I'm glad it's available in case anything goes wrong

These little service plans come in handy whenever you buy expensive things you don’t have to worry about if it breaks Best Buy will take care of you

I had the old Russian security system that Best Buy kicked out but due to triple layers of protection I couldn't download the new system so Geek did it for me, no questions asked.

I'm happy with the repair and service, enjoy coverage that goes above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

My printer got ink dried up in it within a year of purchase and I was happy I got warranty. They returned without a problem and gave me brand new comparable brand (mine was no longer available).

The first time I had to return some thing cause it stop working I had no problem with getting it replace that is why I get the warranty on my purchases.

Geek Squad’s Protection Plan is a great plan to offer you coverage after a manufacturer’s warranties period ends. So, you can extend that warranty for up to 5 years on items purchased at Best Buy. It also covers accidental damage for up to 5 years. Below are the details of the two plans available. Good plan for the money.

always good especially on printers not computers. this has saved me from buying a new printer each time

Great value, have had them replace a second printer after it failed outside of the manufacturer warranty. Just wish I did not have to buy a new policy each time the printer is replaced.
