    Glad I bought the Geek Squad plan, as we had some issues and they sent a tec to the home. He was most helpful. Have four out of 5, because I even needed to call. However, it was great to have support!

    My headphones had a mishap and the cord broke. I took them back to the store and they replaced then, no questions asked. Definitely worth the extra money.
