I almost always buy the extra service plan and if I have a problem with my purchase it has always been taken care of to my satisfaction.

Again, figured I would get it. Don't ever want to have to use it.

I haven't used this yet but judging by the way other Best Buy product repacement warranties have worked I highly recommend.

I have never really had to use geek squad, but if they can repair my electronics if they get damaged then it's all right by me.

I purchased this warranty in case I needed it. I haven't had to use it. I purchased it for my iPad keyboard back in May, just in case.

We bought the 2 yr extra warranty. Have not had to use it.

This extra warranty is worth it. $9, for two years. Excellent for computers and printers etc. Well worth it on these items.

Love the fact that they offer warranties of their own so you can go to them for easy replacements

I truly warrantees and recommend them to any one else. it is totally worth it.
