Worth every penny, would highly recommend it to anyone with electronics

We've had a few electronics stop working over the years and every time we had a best buy warranty, replacement was simple and seamless

The 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan is good to have but you can use it ONLY once in you 2 year agreement. Once you use it you need to buy another 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan on the new replaced Item.

Not too expensive. Definitely came in handy when 1st headset quit working in less than 6 mths. Reimbursement cost was applied to a better quality headset & 2 yr protection plan was extended another 2 yrs. for a prorated cost.

Repair plan sold with new printer. It’s still in the box so it hasn’t broken yet. We’re well protected, tho, if it does!

I always buy a protection plan because with kids you want an extra level of protection.

So I purchased the warranty with the understanding that its a replacement warranty .A warranty is nothing but peace of mind that you hope you don't end up using . I ended up using mine because the printer I purchased died on me out of nowhere .It was a canon color laser printer Canon Mf642 . When I went to go get a it replaced the at geek squad at my local bestbuy ."Cole" who said he was the supervisor and the only person I can talk to ,told me all he can do is offer me the money back as a BB credit . I told him that I am not interested in that , I'd rather have the same printer either fixed or replaced .I did not care for a store . I had already spend money is buying expensive toner cartridges that would go to waste . Thee guy told me that this printer is not is stock and a similar model I'd have to take the store credit and pay the difference . the difference was close to $200 . I DID NOT PURCAHSE THIS WARRANRTY FOR STORE CREDIT . I purchased it so if anything goes wrong I get the same or similar replacement . The Geek squad guy stonewalled me and kept repeating that this is my only option .He told me that I am welcome to try my luck at a different Best buy ! I am very unhappy with my experience .

Awesome printer...it's fast and and quality is great...the inks aren't as forgiving but the prints do it justice... If your looking to save on inks this is not the one but if quality of your preference over cost then it is...enjoy

Got the protection for my expensive xbox headset. You just never know!

Best thing you can get. I would recommend you get this protection for every product.

It's always good to have a warranty. I had one and used it with no issues or problems.

Computer screen ended up cracking 1 week into having it. It was fixed promptly, its worth protecting your investment.

Doesn't hurt to back up a new device with extra protection. This one gives me immediate replacement in store. I like that!
