I trust Geek Squad. I made a mistake when I bought my laptop. I did not purchase Geek Squad protection at time of purchase so I had to pay extra. From now on time of purchase is when I will get Geek Squad. They did a bang up job fixing my computer problem.

I have only used this for my Dell Computer and they don't know how to install memory on a laptop that I bought from Best Buy less than a year and they told me it was too old. I am speaking of the Geek Squad in Washington, DC, Columbia Heights.

I always get protection plan like this when I buy any device at Bestbuy. I feel relaxed using my devices without any worry. It is worth investing money on protection plan because you never know what's gonna happen. It's a good insurance.

Worth it if you’re rough on electronics. They get you right and have no problems getting you a new one of something went wrong with your old one.

Great deal for the extended warranty usually 1 or 2 years and cost more

I have never had an issue with using the protection plan. I get it on all my electronics (smart watches, ear buds, etc...) when and if something goes wrong I bring it in and they change or fix the product for me.

All I know is that "if it can break, my house can break it!" Always have a Geek Squad Warranty with all my products from Best Buy, I have to use only once and they couldn't have been more helpful. My advise is to get it when you buy a product there.

BEST ever for quick repair or service without having to bring my heavy PC in (Usually) online. And for smaller devices like a laptop, they are usually quick & fast! Worth the subscription price.

I always purchase this warranty, got burnt on a few occasions with purchases that were not stores fault but a manufacturer issue. Don't like to spend the extra cash but sometimes it's worth it.

I bought the 4 year Geek Squad replacement product for my printer. I haven’t needed to use it yet, but purchased it because my last HP printer broke after about 2 years of use.

I purchased the Geek squad product replacement for my daughter who is in college. I wanted peace of mind that I would not have to pay for another printer while she is in college.

Whenever I have had an issue with an item covered under the protection plan it is always repaired or replaced. I have never had any problem with Best Buy honoring the Geek Squad Protection Plan. The only downside is sometimes having to wait in line to be helped

Anything that you can purchase protection for, you should. This product costs 100$, and if something goes wrong, cannot easily be fixed. So spend 20$ now, and be able to replace it for free, for at least two years, which is more than its warranty can say.

Went in to replace a broken printer and received the most upmost and caring customer service. Bravo!

Not sure how I'd rate this as I haven't returned the product yet, but generally my experiences with Best Buy are quite pleasant. I'll edit the review if any changes develop, but I do suggest purchasing the product replacement to family and friends.

Every time the agents/technician went to my house they been gentles and professional. They always answered to my doubts and search for a solution to the problem. I really recommends Puerto Rico’s Agents Teams.
