I added the 2 year product replacement on a set of headphones, not once, but twice. Used it 2 times. The last time we used the credit and upgraded the head phones but still bought the 2 year replacement plan on those too! Good peace of mind.

as a consumer, this is a great coverage to have, it actually benefits the consumer more than the retailers. why? because these devices only last about two years ( mostly less than two years) trust me on this one, get it by all means, you won't be sorry!!

There is nothing convenient and practical to have more protection for your devices by and I used it once and the entire process went smoothly. This is incredible warranty and service.

A very economical way of having Geek Squad access. This is especially true when you have a computer crash, take it in for repair and then are able to reduce the cost of this visit and at the same time buy future protection. A great deal.
