10000% Amazing Geek Squad Service there very honest about ur devices that need fixing my computer battery was donzone an they told me since i had the warranty i got it replaced ..

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a warranty, but here I am. Let me tell you, this thing is better than a bodyguard. I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet (don't ask) and thought it was done for. But thanks to this warranty, I was able to get it fixed for free. And when I say fixed, I mean it was like new. It was so good, I almost wanted to drop it in the toilet again just to see if they could fix it twice. But seriously, this warranty is a lifesaver. It's like having a superhero on speed dial. So if you're clumsy like me or just want some extra peace of mind, get this warranty. It's worth every penny. And who knows, maybe you'll even start dropping your phone on purpose just to test it out. Don't worry, I won't judge

Went into the store for tech support, talked with Brittany and she showed me what I needed to do to get everything taken care of on a new Ipad I purchased earlier in the day! Fast, knowledable, and friendly help! Geek Squad rules...

I've not had any repair experience yet but having an account did help in returning an item past it's normal return date and getting store credit for the item.

These guys are very helpful. They setup my complete system in my home and were able to assist online when I had issues with connecting to my home account.

They have been great on past products i have purchased. But not needed for current item yet.

Backup in case I need to wipe my computer. Glad to have it. Not expensive but nice to have.

Geek Squad has been super helpful, and always honest. I've never felt like they try to take advantage of me or my situations. I happily added the product replacement to my printer purchase recently because I actually trust that something will get done if I have any issues, which is different from services I have used in the past. I love the geek squad. Just make sure you call and make an appointment first because you may have to wait for a long time. If they are not busy no problem. It is not a waist of money because I have used the geek squad. I did have a computer that was 10 years old. Now I am updated with a new laptop computer. I made sure I still would be covered. Thank you.

I don't have much to say at this point in time because I haven't had to use it,

I brought in my previous printer that was having problems and the Geek Squad immediately offered me a refund which I used to buy a new HP printer right away. I was able to get back to the jobs I needed to finish and print that same day. The service was friendly and efficient.

I love my Gerk Squad protection because I can call them whenever I have any issues with my printer.

They have always been a blessing to wotk with! Great great great!
