I love that Best Buy has the Geek Squad product replacement for the simple fact I am in college and can't afford the extra surprise cost if you need something repaired. They help you with what ever you need help with.

It’s good to know that if something goes horribly wrong with your product purchase, this geek squad protection covers you to either repair or replace it with a new unit.

This is honestly so worth it!!! I never got to use on some products but then my printer just flat broke and I was able to get it replaced !!

Wasn’t sure of insignia at first so we got coverage for our microwave but it is working well. Got coverage in case brand was a flop. Haven’t used plan yet but glad I had it.

These guys are always there to help. They are fast and friendly and will get you taken care of. It is worth the extra money just to have the peace of mind knowing that if anything happens they will take care of it.

I haven’t needed it this time but it has been a lifesaver in the past.

Right now, I can only give one star. I just bought the printer 11 days ago. It was delivered Wednesday and I was setting it up Thursday evening. It's defective! Had to take it back and order another one! So hopefully it will get a better rating. I've always used canon and they've always been good. But i am disappointed this printer was defective.

Always try to get the geek squad service on all my items. It has saved me a lot over the years.

Warranty covers most things that can happened to a product. I highly recommend getting the Bestbuy warranty just so you're prepared for the worst. I rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it.

Though I wasn’t need geek squad cause I’m somewhat technically savvy but I ran into some issues with my pc that was unable to solve. They solved them for my no problem.

So far so good. This is my first printer. No complaints.

I like have the Geek Squad protection. Because, I can be completely irresponsible and not take ownership for my actions with anything I buy. And they will replace it for me. not that I would ever do that.
