I had purchased an item that I ended up not liking it. Because I had also purchased the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, I was able to return the item after using it for a few months and I received store credit for the full price of the item. The return process was very easy.

It is a reallya good investment I have used it twice and got only good results

Decent price though a little expensive. Hopefully I won’t have to use it though if I do it covers it all.

I haven’t required this service yet, but did aquire it due to geek squad excellent service in past items. It is worth it.

Great customer service, My printer wasn’t working right. I brought it back after 2 weeks, I originally bought it on sale $80 off, when I came back to exchange it, it was $130 off and they gave me the difference back. As well as kept the 4 year warranty.

Also best to get insurance when buying electronics & with Geek Squad by your side you know all will be well

This is great peace of mind for a computer printer.

Product replacement is security. I hope I never have to use it, but peace of mind is great to have.

It's nice to be able to replace or get it fix. I havn't used this yet, but it's always a good thing to have more warranties

Always put warranties on you electronics no matter what. Even if it’s the bare minimum

I used them before. replaced the coffee machine I had with no issue

They couldn’t fix my printer cuz they didn’t have anymore the same model. But they returned my money in a store gif card , and with that I Bought a new printer

I must have on any new device that you spend decent money on.. This warranty came in handy on the printer that was replaced because it broke and was out of manufacturer warranty.
