Has worked well ever since I got it. I can’t complain.

This is great in cases where computers malfunction after the warranty or in warranty as well. For instances of viruses shut downs, malfunctions, blue screens/computer shut downs etc

I rarely by warranties, but this felt like a good investment. I have not had to use it, but knowing I have it for a pricey purchase makes perfect sense.

Geek Squad repaired my dell computer and suggest we get another brand computer dell doesn't seem to be dependable. lenovo seem to fit better for bookkeeping .

I only paid like $4 for this protection plan and it replaces my keyboard that was $220 for any accidents or damage. Worth the money is an understatement!

Always good to get insurance. I got a printer not knowing it wasn't working till 34 days after having it and was able to exchange it with out penalties.

The Geek Squad Protection place is so awesome! If it's not fixable, they will replace it with no extra cost. A definite "must" get !

The agents have been very helpful on the telephone. In the store they are also very helpful. I am not very computer literate so I love this service.

Geek squad answered my questions and helped steer me towards this unit when I was getting rid of my TWC unit angling with the monthly TWC fee. Haven't had to have them repair since it still works well.

You call in let them know the issue, do some troubleshooting over the phone. If that did not fix the problem bring it in and exchange for a new one!

Anyone have ever talked to with the Geek Squad has always been very helpful and nice. It's also nice to get an affordable "warranty" for most any item I choose!

Definitely worth getting for that piece of mind. Gaming equipment is expensive and it's nice to know that if anything goes wrong with it I'm not out that money.

I love buy the protection plans as it extends the warranty, and there isn't a problem when something goes wrong your purchase is totally taken care of. I usually buy protection plans on expensive items.

In my opinion it is great to have the replacement plan. You never know when something can go wrong and its always so easy and convenient to have.
