Like I said get insurance for gadgets especially if your little ones that gets into everything. It’s a little less frustrating it breaks and geek squad will fix for you .

I know that I have the Geek Squad available when needed and that is a comfort for me. I know that my remote is also covered so if something happens to it, I can call for help.

I can tell you as a tech person I have never really purchased geek squad coverage, however as wives are she suggested a one plan. The device died (HDD) one month after. Prompt professional and very helpful, I would do it again..

This service is one of the best things you can do to protect your wallet and your new purchase. If it breaks they fix it. If parts are no longer available then it is replaced with anew model.

love it excellent really amazing and easy to work and use

I hate to say but this is not the best printer. Most of the time my printer falls off line and disconnect, I can’t just click scan and scan to my printer. I have to only use the app and that’s very inconvenient. My other Hp allowed me to scan to email but this one doesn’t. So if I could I would not get again.

Very good products and knowledge of their products

When my HP desktop died and could not be fixed, I bought another HP desktop and was helped getting it online and showing all the files I need. I don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad.

Some items you don't need to get this for, so look carefully at the cost. Now with that said. I purchase Geek Squad Product Replacement for some items and not for other items. When I have had to use it, BestBuy has always handled it very well.

lately ive had too many electronics dying just after their manufactures warranty run out-if the price is right on an extended warranty-i will get it-may not use it but if needed much cheaper than buying something new when you have something die

Definitely recommend this replacement warranty. I bought it with another product and when I had a problem with the product they replaced it with no questions asked!

Lets face it, EVERYTHING breaks, usually within two years. The best buy warranty is the only reason I keep shopping at best buy. Have had numerous expen$ive computer peripherals replaced, no questions asked no hassle. highly reccomend.

Geek squad is awesome I ha e never had any issues with them fixing my stuff or figuring the problem out and they are always friendly

Best is pretty good about their replacement plans. For the most part it is an easy exchange. So far I have not had issues the times that I have had to use their replacement plans.
