No issues with my Geek Squad replacement warranties. I have had both 2 year and 4 year product replacement warranties. I have used them twice, the instore people are awesome, they made the replacement process easy and painless. Dealing with them over the phone was fine in one instance, the second time it was a long drawn out process, the agent was obvoius new and really didnt have any idea what he was doing but in both cases the agents were very courteous. It sounds like the agents on the phone were from an overseas call center, both had accents which were hard to understand and the phone connections seemed poor. The in store geek squad people were awesome and I have nothing put praise for how they well handled my concerns. I recommend purchasing the replacement warrany on anything that you consider critical or high use and exp e nsive. They made the replace process easy.

I would suggest getting this for almost everything. I never used to buy warranties but after having to return printers and a scanner, I’m glad I did

I just used this same type of plan on a 2+ year old printer that became defective. I took it to the store and because it was not repairable and no longer in stock, I was issued store credit for the total original price. The process was painless and the folks at the store were very helpful. I took the store credit and bought another printer right away and of course bought the 4-year plan.

It defiantly worth buying for peace of mind. Also, todays products are made to last for a few years, by all means it's a very good idea to have Geek Squad on your side.

I have been shopping with Best Buy since 2008 and I really enjoy doing so the workers are very professional. and friendly they are always someone ready to attend to you when you walk onto the store. the best thing is asking about a product that is not in the store, but they always give you the options that they can order it online. BestBuy this is where I get all my printer, etc. I would tell friends that they are missing out shopping with BestBuy.

I didn’t really trust protection/replacement plans like that until I started purchasing them from BestBuy. I have yet to have a complaint about their plans. Whether it’s a standard protection plan where they send the item out to be inspected and possibly repaired or their AMAZING REPLACEMENT PLANS, I have been completely satisfied every time. I don’t make big purchases and/or the occasional small purchase without a plan from BestBuy and I have the literal receipts to back that up. Lol

After years of experience with equipment lasting a long time, I was hesitant of purchasing unneeded insurance coverage I purchased a all-in-one system in 2020 reluctantly purchased Geek Squad Product Replacement. The printer system was used in a secondary pandemic location and did not see much use. The printer failed within 5 months and it took me 2 months to remember I had Geek Squad coverage. I took the printer in and Geek Squad immediately issued a pro-rated value towards the purchase of a new printer. Fast forward to 2021. An older all-in-one printer at my primary pandemic location finally bit the dust. A quick trip to Best Buy to pick up a new 9015e and based on prior experience, purchased a Geek Squad replacement agreement before I left the door. I have now added a label to these systems noting the Geek Squad agreement number and the coverage dates in case my wife has to replace them in the future.

Hopefully I'll never have to use my 4-year replacement plan, but it's nice to know that I have the option, especially on a printer. I've used this plan in the past on previous devices, and I've liked the experience in the past. Very easy to use, and Best Buy gets me set up.

I purchased the 4 year extended warranty for my new printer for $20. That is $5 a year. Dirt cheap..... If anything happens to this, I can exchange it, or maybe fix it for nothing! Win, win!

I have purchased the geek squad product replacement multiple times over the course of shopping at BEST BUY. It has been an amazing life saver, their ability to make a crappy experience awesome is what makes this warranty worth every penny. My first experience with it was over a vacuum. The handle broke and they took it and got me a new one with no issues. Sorted and fixed all in one day. I don't know how many warranties do that, but Geek Squad is by far the best that I have experienced!

My printer is awesome I can do everything not only the computer I can do it on my phone 100% recommendations I’ll start my own business with this printer ..

I purchased geek squad to cover a printer that I bought and it was the best money I've spent! I don't get geek squad for many things, but I always seem to have issues with printers, so I thought it would be a good idea. Had to use it the other day, super easy, in and out in five min. They even refunded me 100.00 in addition to replacing the printer because the price had dropped on it.

They are quick to always assist me with any issue I am having with my computers, its a great service to join

I haven't needed any repairs yet, but the price on this 4-year plan can't be beat. If they can't fix it, they will replace it. What more could you ask for?

I love HP products. This is the 3rd HP printer plus iPhones and iPads purchased through Best Buy. Geek Squad is very helpful and easy for me to understand. You’re the best!
